A windy night but the rain stayed away just for the traditional season ending 2-up 10 mile time trial on the Gorse Lane course. However the strong head wind on the outward leg didn't stop guest riders from Melton Mowbray Adam Gascoigne and Paul Cox producing a rapid 21.53 almost 2.30 ahead of fastest club pair of Peter Cocker and Martin Hedley with mixed pair Neil Sentance and Kim Paxton in third place.
