A strong westerly
wind greeted the 15 strong bunch as they set of towards
Gunthorpe on the first leg of the 80 mile Witham Wheelers
reliability ride. Keeping a steady pace the bunch kept together
until several riders took a short cut back to Grantham for
early Mothers day appointments.
9 riders finished the complete distance with the time gaps
opening up in the latter stages as the distance began to
tell. Jim Coleman finishing as usual in the quickest time
and a good performance by 16 year old Jacob Storey in his
first ride over this distance to finish inthe second group.

The final event scheduled is the 100 mile Ride starting
at 8.30 on the 16th March. This Sunday 9th March clubrun
as normal starting at 9.30 from the market Place.
