A heavy downpour just as the U12 race was about to start failed
to dampen enthusiam and after a brief pause all races went off
without incident.
In the U16 event Oliver Fensom won for the first time, with the
scratch group unable to overcome this weeks handicap.
The scratch group in the senior event however soon caught both
groups in front and in a tight sprint finish Richard Lister just
got round Jim Coleman to stop Jims dominance of the events so
far this year.
