A strong westerly
wind again made conditions hard on the exposed circuit at Barkston
Heath.
In the U16 event Peter Cocker made full use of his handicap to
ride steadily on his own and avoid being caught by any of the
chasing groups for a clear win.
Jim Coleman again proved the strongest in the senior event by
dropping the scratch group and catching all the other groups on
his own for a clear win from Ian Fensom with Richard Ellingworth
winning a close sprint for 3rd from Simon Cocker.
