With the Dragstrip in a fairly benign mood and quite a good turn out
considering it's the holiday season there were quite a few improvements
on the night.
With regular winner Sean Culpin absent visitor Patrick Owen from
Sleaford was a clear winner from Stricko and Spen in their usual tight
duel for 2nd.
Rod Perez took first place in the Handicap and with this rate of
improvement will soon be in the mix for 2nd place.
Note dietary warning from Matt Pennifold for all you budding cyclists
out there, 3 Safeway Custard donuts an hour before racing is not a good
idea. You have been warned.
