At this venue we do skills on the tennis courts to start and then some racing on the grass £2 each

Those of you who have riders aged 9 or over there is the chance to ride at Derby Velodrome our next Track session is on 9th October. Enter ASAP for the novice group, it get’s filled quickly.

The venue for the Witham Wheelers Go-Ride sessions has now been changed to St Hughs school, Dysart Road (at the back of the Meres Leisure centre)

This means we can take advantage of their large hard surface and grass field areas plus they have a purpose built BMX track, to add some excitements to those bike handling skills.

We will be coaching weekly on Wednesday evenings 1830 until we lose the light and if enough numbers we will move this session to Saturday mornings thought out the winter.

We also have a few other ideas for an evening in the week during the winter months too, watch this space.

These sessions are led by British Cycling qualified coaches and are aimed primarily at the under 12s, all you need is a roadworthy bike, enthusiasm and a nomnal fee for the evening.
